Anti-Poverty Week is a week where all Australians are encouraged to organise or take part in an activity aiming to highlight or overcome issues of poverty and hardship. This year, as part of a joint initiative of Foodbank SA, Community Centres SA and SACOSS, we have developed a recipe challenge for Community Centres across the State.

But perhaps you think you are pretty good with putting together a recipe? Then invent or adapt a recipe using the ingredients provided in the free Simply Healthy Foodbank Hamper. You can complement the ingredients with as many fruit and veg as you like. Write down the recipe and join the competition! Sounds interesting?  Sign up here >
